Multi-Collateral Deposits

GX Exchange supports deposits in multiple assets across several blockchain networks, giving traders flexibility in how they fund their accounts. There is no minimum deposit amount.

Arbitrum Deposits

The primary deposit method is via the Arbitrum network. The following assets are accepted:

Arbitrum Bridge

For users with assets on Ethereum mainnet, the built-in Arbitrum bridge provides a seamless deposit flow:

1. Connect your wallet on the deposit page
2. Select the asset and amount
3. Approve the bridge transaction on Ethereum
4. Funds arrive on Arbitrum and are credited to your GX Exchange account

Bridge deposits from Ethereum typically confirm within 10—15 minutes.

Direct Chain Deposits

GX Exchange also accepts deposits directly on native blockchain networks via dedicated deposit addresses. These addresses are generated per-user and support the following chains:

How Direct Chain Deposits Work

1. Navigate to Deposit and select the chain you want to deposit from
2. A unique deposit address is displayed for your account
3. Send funds to this address from any wallet or exchange
4. Once the required number of confirmations is reached, funds are converted to USDC at the current market rate and credited to your trading account

Collateral Conversion

All non-USDC deposits are automatically converted to USDC upon receipt:

• Conversion rate: Based on the real-time oracle price at the time of confirmation
• Conversion fee: None — deposits are converted at the oracle mid-price with no additional spread or fee
• Settlement asset: All positions and PnL are denominated in USDC regardless of the original deposit asset

Track the status of all deposits on the Portfolio → Deposits page:

• Pending: Transaction detected, awaiting confirmations
• Confirming: Required confirmations in progress
• Converting: Non-USDC asset being converted
• Credited: Funds available in your trading account
