Deposited via Arbitrum — Where Are My Funds?

My Arbitrum deposit is not showing

If you deposited USDC or GX from Arbitrum and funds are not appearing:

  1. Check transaction status — Verify the deposit transaction was confirmed on the Arbitrum block explorer (arbiscan.io). An unconfirmed or failed transaction will not credit your account.
  2. Wait for confirmation — Arbitrum deposits typically appear within 1-2 minutes. During periods of high network congestion, this may take longer.
  3. Verify the correct address — Ensure you sent funds to the official GX Exchange bridge contract. Sending to the wrong address cannot be reversed.
  4. Check your GX Exchange balance — Log in to gx.exchange and check your Spot balance. Deposited funds appear in Spot first and must be transferred to Perps for trading.
  5. Refresh the page — Sometimes the interface does not update automatically. Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).

My transaction failed on Arbitrum

  • Ensure you have enough ETH on Arbitrum for gas fees
  • Check that you approved the token (USDC) for spending by the bridge contract
  • If the transaction reverted, try again with a higher gas limit
