I signed up with email but cannot access my account

GX Exchange uses Privy for email-based authentication. If you are having trouble:

  1. Check your email — Look for a verification or login link from GX Exchange. Check spam/junk folders.
  2. Use the same email — You must log in with the exact email address you registered with.
  3. Clear browser cache — Clear cookies and cache for gx.exchange, then try again.
  4. Try a different browser — Some browser extensions can interfere with Privy authentication.
  5. Disable VPN — VPN connections can sometimes block authentication requests.

Yes. After logging in with email, you can link an Ethereum wallet from the Settings page. This allows you to use either email or wallet to access your account.

I am not receiving the login email

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Ensure your email provider is not blocking emails from GX Exchange
  • Try using a different email address
