Withdrawal Not Arrived

My withdrawal has not arrived on Ethereum

Withdrawals from GX Chain to Ethereum require multisig confirmation from validators. Typical processing time is 2-5 minutes, but may take longer during periods of high activity.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check withdrawal status — On the GX Exchange Withdrawals page, check the status of your withdrawal. Possible statuses:

   • Pending — Waiting for validator co-signatures
   • Processing — Multisig threshold reached, Ethereum transaction being submitted
   • Completed — Ethereum transaction confirmed
   • Failed — See below

2. Check Ethereum transaction — If status shows “Completed,” the transaction hash is displayed. Search for it on etherscan.io to verify the funds arrived at your address.

3. Wait longer during congestion — If Ethereum gas prices are very high, the withdrawal transaction may take longer to confirm on Ethereum. GX uses a gas price estimator but extreme congestion can cause delays.

4. Verify destination address — Confirm that the withdrawal address matches your wallet. Withdrawals to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.

Withdrawal is stuck on “Pending”

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 15 minutes:

• The validator multisig may be processing a queue of withdrawals
• There may be a temporary delay in validator availability
• Contact support@gx.exchange with your withdrawal ID

Minimum withdrawal amount

There is a minimum withdrawal amount to cover Ethereum gas costs. Check the current minimum on the Withdrawals page.
