Deposited via Multi-Chain — Where Are My Funds?
I deposited from Ethereum, BSC, or another chain
GX Exchange currently supports deposits via:
- Ethereum Mainnet — through the native GX bridge contract
- Arbitrum One — through the Arbitrum bridge interface
If you sent funds from an unsupported chain (BSC, Polygon, Optimism, etc.):
- Do not panic — Funds sent to the bridge contract address on an unsupported chain may be recoverable depending on the situation.
- Check the recipient address — If you sent to the correct bridge contract address but on the wrong chain, contact support immediately.
- Contact support — Email
support@gx.exchangewith the transaction hash, source chain, amount, and your GX Exchange account address.
