This page documents additional interface features and utilities available in the GX Exchange trading platform.
Order Entry Panel
Quick Size Buttons
The order entry panel includes preset size buttons for rapid order submission:
- Percentage buttons: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of available margin (for opening) or position size (for closing)
- Notional shortcuts: $1K, $5K, $10K, $50K, $100K quick-fill buttons
- Custom presets: Users can configure up to 4 custom size buttons with their preferred amounts
Leverage Slider
An interactive slider for setting position leverage:
- Range: 1x to the maximum for the current market and margin tier
- Real-time display of: initial margin required, liquidation price, and notional size
- Snaps to common leverage values (5x, 10x, 20x, etc.) with manual override
TP/SL Quick-Attach
When placing a new order, TP and SL levels can be set inline:
- Toggle buttons to enable/disable TP and SL
- Price input fields with percentage offset shortcuts (+5%, +10%, etc.)
- Estimated PnL at each level displayed in real-time
Position Management
One-Click Close
Each open position displays a close button that submits a market order to close the entire position:
- Confirmation dialog can be toggled on/off in settings
- Keyboard shortcut available for rapid position closing
Position Modification
From the position row, traders can:
- Adjust leverage (changes margin allocation without closing)
- Add/remove margin (for isolated margin positions)
- Edit attached TP/SL orders
- Share position (generates a shareable position card with entry, size, and PnL)
Market Selector
Favorites and Categories
- Favorites bar: Pin frequently traded markets for quick access
- Category tabs: Crypto Majors, Altcoins, DeFi, Memecoins, RWA, Spot
- Search: Type-ahead search across all market tickers
- Sorting: By volume, price change, funding rate, or open interest
Market Info Panel
Each market displays at a glance:

Chart Features
TradingView Integration
The trading interface embeds TradingView charts with full functionality:
- Multiple timeframes: 1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1D, 1W
- Drawing tools: trendlines, Fibonacci retracements, horizontal levels
- Indicators: Moving averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, volume profile
- Order visualization: Open orders displayed as horizontal lines on the chart
Depth Chart
A real-time order book depth visualization:
- Bid side (green) and ask side (red) cumulative volume
- Mid-price indicator
- Spread display
- Hover to see exact price and cumulative size at any level
Notification System
In-App Notifications
- Order fill confirmations
- Liquidation warnings (when margin utilization exceeds 80%)
- Funding payment receipts
- TP/SL trigger confirmations
- ADL warnings (when ranked in the top 20% of ADL queue)
External Alerts
- Configurable price alerts (email, webhook, Telegram)
- Position size alerts
- Margin health alerts
- Daily PnL summary
Keyboard Shortcuts

Dark/Light Mode
The interface supports both dark and light themes:
- Default: Dark mode (optimized for extended trading sessions)
- Toggle via settings or keyboard shortcut
- Theme preference is persisted across sessions
Mobile Responsiveness
The trading interface is fully responsive:
- Order entry and position management available on mobile
- Chart and depth visualization adapt to screen size
- Touch-optimized controls for TP/SL and leverage adjustment
- Push notifications for mobile alerts
