Transfer to Perps — Missing Funds

I transferred funds from Spot to Perps but they are not showing

GX Exchange uses separate balances for Spot and Perpetual trading. When you transfer from Spot to Perps:

1. Check the Perps balance — Navigate to the Trading page and check your margin balance in the Perps section. Transfers are instant but the UI may need a refresh.
2. Refresh the page — Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) to force the interface to re-fetch balances.
3. Check pending orders — If you have open orders, some balance may be reserved as margin. Cancel open orders to free up available balance.
4. Check open positions — Unrealized PnL from open positions affects your available balance.

My transfer failed

Internal transfers between Spot and Perps should not fail under normal conditions. If the transfer button shows an error:

• Ensure you have sufficient Spot balance (not locked in staking or pending withdrawal)
• Ensure the amount is above the minimum transfer threshold
• Try a smaller amount

My Perps balance shows less than expected

Your available Perps balance is calculated as:

Available = Account Equity - Initial Margin (open positions) - Reserved Margin (open orders)

Open positions and pending orders reduce your available balance. Close positions or cancel orders to increase available funds.
