Cannot See Assets on GX EVM

My tokens are not showing in my wallet on GX EVM

If you have bridged assets to GX Chain but cannot see them in your wallet:

1. Add the GX network to MetaMask — Your wallet must be configured with the GX Chain RPC. Add it as a custom network:

   • Network Name: GX Chain
   • RPC URL: https://rpc.gx.exchange
   • Currency Symbol: GX
   • Block Explorer: https://explorer.gx.exchange

2. Switch to the GX network — Ensure MetaMask is set to the GX Chain network, not Ethereum or Arbitrum.

3. Import the token contract — For ERC-20 tokens on GX EVM, you may need to manually import the token contract address in MetaMask (Add Token > Custom Token).

4. Check the block explorer — Verify your balance on https://explorer.gx.exchange by searching your wallet address. If the explorer shows a balance but your wallet does not, it is a wallet display issue.

5. Wait for bridge confirmation — If you just bridged assets, wait for the bridge transaction to be confirmed. Deposits from Ethereum take approximately 12 seconds.

I sent tokens to GX EVM but they are not there

• Confirm the bridge transaction was completed on both Ethereum and GX Chain
• Verify you used the correct bridge contract
• Check that the destination address matches your wallet address
